Because your lighting system is already custom-fit to your home, returning seasons are simple. We retrieve your stored system, inspect it, reinstall it, service it during the season, take it down after Christmas, and store it again for the following year.

We Stand Behind the Display
If part of your professionally installed lighting system stops working during the season, contact Brazos Light Works and we’ll address covered lighting issues as quickly as reasonably possible. Detailed exclusions are included in your service agreement.

What does the first-year price include?
Commercial-grade C9 components, custom-cut socket wire, standard plugs, clips, required extension cords, a standard timer, installation, testing, normal first-season service, takedown, and storage for active customers.
Do I own the lights?
Yes. Once the first-year invoice is paid in full, you own the customer-specific lighting system. Brazos Light Works stores it between active seasons; BLW keeps ownership of yard signs and storage totes.
What does returning installation cost?
Your returning-season estimate uses our current reinstall pricing for the eligible existing layout. Additions and changes are quoted separately. Future rates are confirmed each season.
How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?
Every project is measured and quoted individually. Footage, selected lighting areas, roof and access conditions, colors or patterns, travel, lift requirements, and custom features can affect the estimate. See our cost guide for details.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due to request an estimate. After we review your home, you’ll receive a custom quote, and payment terms are explained in your quote and service agreement before anything is scheduled.
What if I skip a season or want my lights back?
Your system remains yours. Active customers receive complimentary storage, and one skipped season is allowed without a storage charge. After two consecutive skipped seasons, BLW may request pickup or discuss a storage fee after notice. Contact us if you move, sell your home, or wish to collect your lights.
Is a two-story home automatically more expensive?
No automatic two-story fee applies. Footage drives the base price. Access difficulty only affects the sections that genuinely require added work or equipment.
Can I pick my exact installation day?
You choose a preferred part of the season. BLW manually assigns the exact date based on geography, workload, weather, and access, then sends your confirmation.
Do I need to measure my roofline?
No. Select what you want lit and upload photos. BLW measures the lighting runs and confirms your quote before payment. If aerial imagery is unclear, we’ll arrange another way to verify the measurements.
