SMS Terms — Brazos Light Works service messages
Brazos Light Works LLC offers optional text messages about your estimate, project, appointments, installation, service, and takedown. By checking the separate SMS consent box on our estimate form, you agree to receive automated service text messages at the mobile number you provide. We do not enroll you in promotional texts through this permission.
Your choice and message costs
Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may request an estimate or service without agreeing to texts. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.
Stop messages or get help
Reply STOP to any automated message to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, email hello@brazoslightworks.com, or call (979) 318-2432. For another contact method or to discuss your preferences, contact us directly.
Delivery and privacy
Message delivery depends on your mobile service and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Read our Privacy policy for how we handle mobile numbers, SMS consent, and opt-out records.
These SMS terms describe text-message communications. Your project scope, pricing, payment, and installation terms are provided separately in your quote and service agreement.
