How much does professional Christmas light installation cost?

Every project is measured and quoted individually. Measured footage, selected lighting areas, roof and access conditions, colors or patterns, travel, lift requirements, and custom features can affect the estimate. Brazos Light Works reviews the property and prepares a custom estimate.

Do I need to measure my roofline?

No. Tell us which areas you want lit and Brazos Light Works reviews the property and verifies the lighting measurements before the final quote.

Yes. Once the first-year invoice is paid in full, you own the customer-specific lighting system. Complimentary seasonal storage is available for active Brazos Light Works customers.

This notice describes how Brazos Light Works uses information submitted through this website.

Information you provide

We collect your name, contact details, service address, lighting selections, seasonal preferences, notes, and any photos you choose to upload. Your contact details are saved after the first step so we can follow up on your estimate request with your permission. Photos are optional; please avoid including sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use this information to review and measure your property, prepare estimates, communicate about your project, schedule service, and keep records for future installations. Advertising campaign parameters in the page link may be saved with your request to help us understand how customers find us.

Service providers

Our website and records use Base44 and its hosting and file-storage services. Property measurement may use mapping providers. When online payment is available, payment details are collected by the payment processor; BLW does not store raw card numbers.

Optional analytics

If enabled and you allow optional cookies, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel may receive website activity and estimate-request conversion events. For Meta measurement, we may send SHA-256 hashed email and phone for matching, Meta browser/click identifiers, browser type, and consented estimate or project milestones. Hashing is a matching safeguard, not anonymization. We do not send your house address, property photos, free-text notes, or payment credentials. Service-contact and SMS permission does not grant advertising-measurement permission. You can decline optional tracking and still request an estimate.

Records and requests

We retain project information for customer service, returning installations, and business recordkeeping. Contact BLW to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or change your communication preferences. Some records may need to be retained for completed transactions or other applicable obligations.

Service text messages

If you separately opt in, we use your mobile number to send service messages about your estimate, project, appointments, installation, and takedown. Message frequency varies. For this SMS program, we do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in information for other companies’ marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your number with service providers, including Twilio, only as needed to deliver and manage our text messages. SMS opt-in records and consent are not shared for third-party advertising. We retain consent and opt-out records to honor your communication choices. Optional advertising measurement requires its own separate permission, as described above.
