Measured footage
The length of each lighting run you choose.
CUSTOM ESTIMATES, MEASURED FOR YOUR HOME
It depends on your home. Brazos Light Works prices each project from the measured footage of the areas you want lit, along with roof and access conditions, colors or patterns, travel, lift needs, and any custom features.
You do not need to measure anything yourself. We review the property and prepare a custom estimate.
WHY PROJECTS VARY
Two homes on the same street can have very different rooflines, ridges, walkways, access conditions, and design goals. Your estimate reflects the scope you choose and the property we measure.
The length of each lighting run you choose.
Rooflines and eaves, ridges, ground lighting, and selected custom features.
Steep pitches or hard-to-reach sections can change the work required.
The lighting design and any custom pattern work are reviewed with the scope.
Projects outside the core area or sections requiring special equipment are reviewed individually.
Special requests are reviewed and included in the final project scope when selected.
